We only use Spravato® (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, so we will try to treat your depression in other ways before trying this treatment.

While referrals from a patient's physician or psychologist are welcome, they are not required. A patient can simply call and inquire about the service to initiate the process. The patient should refrain from eating for at least two hours and drinking for at least 30 minutes before treatment. We administer Spravato® (esketamine) nasally, and we monitor the patient for 2 hours afterward to ensure the patient feels okay.
